TSB Energy harvesting for autonomous electronics – deadline 18 September 2014

The Technology Strategy Board is to invest up to £2.5m to support the development of low-power energy harvesting technologies for autonomous electronic systems. Energy harvesting is the ‘scavenging' of energy from the surrounding environment and converting it into useable electrical energy.  Proposals must be business-led and collaborative and projects are expected to range in size from total costs of £300k to £500k and should last no longer than 30 months.

The deadline for registration is noon on 18 September 2014 and the deadline for applications is noon on 25 September 2014.
