Imagine just five people came to an event you organised celebrating female founders in Cambridge. Where do you go from there?
Xann Schwinn was in that position when she became a Founding Member of Cambridge Female Founders Network. Today its Director, she supports women building companies through connection, strategic support, and better access to funding.
At this event, Xann will share her experiences as a female founder and offer best practice for those interested in climate entrepreneurship.

The Cambridge Climate Challenge empowers postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers to take their first steps in climate entrepreneurship, or to progress early-stage ventures toward real-world impact.
The competition is run by Cambridge Zero in partnership with Carbon13, Cambridge Enterprise, the Maxwell Centre, Energy IRC, King’s Entrepreneurship Lab, and CISL Canopy.
Carbon13 sponsors this year's competition. They build and back ventures which address the climate emergency and Earth's critical life support systems.
