The SiGs will establish a broad academic-industry network to promote collaborations, access to equipment and capabilities, and facilitate better access to funding. There will be two discussion meetings per term in each SIG, held virtually in 2021. The format of each meeting will vary depending on topic, but each will generally be run by an academic lead and a panel of internal and external experts to facilitate a wider discussion and identify areas to be progressed through focussed meetings and/or new projects.
