The UK is not immune to this trend, with hotter summers and record-breaking temperatures becoming more frequent. However, conventional cooling solutions rely heavily on grid electricity, which not only increases energy consumption but also places an enormous strain on an already burdened power grid. If we continue along this path, the transition to a net-zero future will be significantly hindered.
