Malte’s research focuses on the global transition towards net-zero emissions with the goal to inform public policy through development and applications of novel techniques from data science and machine learning. His main research areas are climate finance, carbon markets, and clean tech innovation. His research has been published and presented in leading academic journals (Nature Sustainability, Nature Climate Change) and machine learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICWSM).
The Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy, and Natural Resource Governance (CEENRG) is hosting a seminar series throughout the 2022-23 academic year.
