We would like to invite you to present at our next Research Café on Intelligent, creative, and immersive technologies, taking place on Feb 5th, 2025, from 11:30 to 2:30 pm!
Presenting at the Research Café provides a safe and friendly environment for participants to share their research, raise their academic profile, and find opportunities for collaboration across multiple departments. At the event, you will have numerous opportunities to engage with peers outside your immediate discipline and enjoy pizza while raising your profile and finding research connections. All research related to Intelligent, Creative, and Immersive related technologies is welcome (policy, computer simulation, intelligent analyses, XR and VR technology use and applications, XR and VR infrastructure, creative technology in education, industrial solutions, socio- economics, and other related research)

We welcome submissions from Cambridge, other Universities and Researchers from private companies.
Presenters (poster and talks) are expected to attend the event Research Cafe Intelligent, creative and immersive technologies on the 05th February from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Any images attached to abstracts should be sent to library@westcamhub.co.uk with a reference to the corresponding abstract.
When preparing your submission, please keep in mind that the audience will consist of other researchers with an interest in the theme of the Reserach Café, but not necessarily expertise in your specific subject area.
Selection criteria: If we have more submissions than we have space for in the programme, presenters will be selected based on:
- Relevance to the theme of the Research Café
- Interest and/or applicability beyond the specific research area
- Appropriateness of content to the presentation format
- Contribution towards creating a well-balanced programme
