Immaterial Ltd

Immaterial Ltd is a Cambridge based spin-out company. It has developed a porous material that can be put inside a gas tank to enable it to store up to 16 times as much gas at the same pressure and in the same volume. The technology is a key enabler for the adoption of Natural Gas Vehicles, which emit 40% less carbon dioxide than petrol vehicles.

Wilton Centre/BEST Network

Knowledge Transfer Network KTN (Industrial Biotechnology)

The KTN Identifies and supports activity in key research areas to progress IB and renewables. It ensures that companies understand the innovation and commercial opportunities presented  by IB and renewable chemicals and where it can help their business. Barriers to innovation are lowered through accelerated knowledge transfer and de-risking access to new products and technologies.

eScent

eScent® is developing  wearable wireless scent technologies for the controlled-release of dispensing liquids, such as dispensing perfumes, aromatherapy, decongestants, insect repellent and pheromones. eScent® uses essences that are BIOsynced to a person's current emotional, mental or physical state and in a real time manner, relieves the condition.

Centre for Processing Innovation (CPI)

CPI is a UK based technology innovation centre and the process arm of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult. Established to support the UK process manufacturing industry, CPI collaborates with universities, SMEs and large corporates to help overcome innovation challenges and develop next generation products and processes.

National Physical Laboratory (NPL)
