Speaker: Dr Thomas Tangerås, Stockholm Institute of Industrial Economics
Thomas Tangerås holds a PhD in economics from IIES at Stockholm University and is an IFN Senior Research Fellow. Before he became interested in electricity markets, he published research on such diverse topics as referendums, civil war, international conflict, language conflict and telecommunications. Thomas Tangerås has been a telecoms expert in legal matters in regards to the market for mobile telephony in Sweden. He has also co-authored a government report on electricity markets.
