Frontiers of Engineering for Development (FoE) symposia

The first upcoming symposium will look at the following themes:

• Resilient Development
• Low-carbon Development
• Connected Development
• Collaborative Development

Event Chairs

• Dr Ruth Boumphrey, Head of Research at Lloyds Register Foundation
• Prof Jim Hall, FREng, Director of Environmental Change Institute, Oxford Univerisity

Participants are expected to attend the entire two-and-a-half days and following each FoE event, they will be invited to bid for seed funding to strengthen collaborations and initiate new joint projects established at the symposium.
