How to write a successful grant application
Being a good researcher is not enough to flourish today in academia – you have to be able to win grants against ever-increasing competition. This seminar will discuss important good practices, impart some tips and hints for how to stand out from the crowd and give you ideas of how to succeed in this most complex of arenas.
The session will be presented by Dr Eoin O’Sullivan who has literally written the book on the subject (“The Grant Writer’s Handbook”), has an enviable record in winning funding and has, by his own admission, read more research proposals than is good for one.
So come along and learn from an expert.
