The talk will cover topics such as the current Waste to Energy landscape in both developed and emerging markets; the process and technology involved with converting waste to energy and its main benefits and drawbacks; each player’s role and revenue model in the value chain as well as challenges and opportunities of waste to energy in the future.

 

Cindy Ding, a current MBA student at Cambridge Judge Business School, has worked years for her family business, a leading waste to energy company in China, on global new business development and project financing. She has also started her own company along the value chain. She has worked with industry leaders on projects in Europe, North America and Asia.

This is a joint Judge Business School Clean Energy SIG (special interest group) and CUEN (Cambridge University Energy Network)
